Pronounced san-ga-NEB — with the emphasis on the final syllable. Sanganeb is the only atoll in the Red Sea — an isolated coral reef rising from 800 metres of open water off the coast of Sudan, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At its southern tip stands a lighthouse, built in 1906, that has guided ships safely through one of the most strategically important passages in the Red Sea for over a century.

Both images speak to what we do. The lighthouse offers a fixed point of clarity in open, uncertain waters — illuminating complex decisions and giving organisations something steady to navigate by. The atoll endures not by force but through the integrity of its structure: a balanced, resilient ecosystem built over time, in which every element is connected and nothing is superfluous.

We chose this name because it asks something of us. The reef has survived because it has been protected — a deliberate choice of the long-term over the short-term, the sustainable over the expedient. That restraint is a principle we carry into every engagement. The work worth doing is work that lasts.
