Consultants are selected based on relevance, experience, and fit — not affiliation or availability. Roster membership is built through prior working relationships, referrals, and selective onboarding aligned with active or anticipated work. We are not an open talent marketplace. Collaborations are non-exclusive, engagement-specific, and proceed on mutual confirmation.
